We transform official CBS aggregate observations into bounded regional and dwelling-type evidence pages.

Publication gates

1. Only licence-approved aggregate fields enter the public projection.
2. Codes are joined to official CBS labels.
3. Pages require at least 12 observations and a crawlable hub link.
4. Provisional and final status remains visible.
5. Missing values stay missing; we do not estimate them.

Important limits

Average purchase price is sensitive to the mix of homes sold. The price index better describes price movement. Quarterly sales are transaction counts, not listing supply. This product contains no address-level records and makes no forecasts.
